Program Highlights
1) A rider sign is available for attachment to your For Sale sign: "This Home Has Been  Professionally Inspected by Bob the Inspector". This puts the potential buyer at ease and sets your home apart from others.
2) The informative report allows a buyer to satisfy any concerns of the home's condition. We are a neutral third party (leave the report out for the buyer to see when he/she is viewing your home!).
3) Our written Service Guarantee means no surprises for the seller! If a buyers inspection reveals a major defect that we missed, we will correct it at no cost to the seller (certain limitations apply, see the warranty document).
4) Payment for the listing inspection can be made at closing, and is billed to escrow... no up front cost for the seller. Only if the listing changes, does the bill become due.
(A billing charge will be added for deferred escrow payment).
